August 18: Hainault Bulldogs became the 2007 champions today with a 30-4 win over Eastern Raiders. Try scorers included Richard Batten, Joe Green, and Ray Lujerri, who also kicked four goals. The Bulldogs were clearly the league's strongest side this year and were deserved winners. Meanwhile Feltham Eagles retained the shield with a big win over Kent Ravens II. 
 
August 12: In today's second Semi Final, Hainault defeated St Albans II 50-20. The game was closely fought in the early stages, before Hainault eased comfortably ahead in the second half. Next weeks Grand Final will now take place at Hainault's home ground of Ilford Wanderers RFC (Map) on Saturday 18th August, kick-off 3pm.
 
August 11: In the first Semi Final today, Eastern Raiders won 24-10 at Southgate Skolars.
 
August 4: In today's Quarter Final, St Albans II fought a close match against S London II until a couple of late tries wrapped up the match for the hosts, who won 40-22. St Albans now advance to face Hainault next week, while in the other Semi Final, Southgate Skolars will host Eastern Raiders.

July 28: The regular season concluded today with two matches. Firstly Northampton beat Bedford II at the fourth time of asking, while Southampton made their debut with an excellent win at Kent Ravens. The championship play-offs will begin next week with five teams applying to take part.

July 14: A busy programme in the London League today. Bedford II and Southgate strengthened their play-off hopes with big wins over St Albans II and S London II respectively. Feltham completed their fourth match with a win over Kent Ravens II, putting themselves into play-off contention in the process. Finally, in an inter-league match Northampton scored an excellent draw against the German Exiles, who previously boasted a 100% record.

June 16: Three more games played today. Southgate fielded two sides for the first time, with the firsts beating Kent II and the seconds putting up a brave effort before being beaten by Hainault, who remain top of the table. Meanwhile S London II continued their improvement with a solid win over Smallford Saints.
 
June 2: Hainault continued their strong start with a win at Bedford, while in the first ever London/Midlands inter-league match, Northampton were narrowly beaten by Nottingham reserves. The LARL committee have decided that last weeks Hainault v Hadleigh game should be allowed to stand as a 30-0 win to the home side, the score at the time of abandonment.
 
May 26: Northampton earned their first ever win today at St Albans, while Eastern Raiders got their campaign off to a winning start at Smallford Saints. Hadleigh Hawks traveled to Hainault Bulldogs for their first game of the season, but unfortunately a serious injury caused the game to be abandoned in the first half. A decision on the result of this game will follow in due course.
 
May 19: W London II got off to a winning start at home to S London II today. In the other RLC Premier/London League double header, St Albans II scored another big win, this time over Kent Ravens second string.
 
May 13: Northampton became the latest new club play in the London League this year as they hosted Bedford II. Just a few weeks into the season, ten teams have already played matches, an improvement on the last two years. 
 
May 12: Two more sides debuted in the competition today, as Hainault Bulldogs got off to a winning start against Kent Ravens newly formed second string. Meanwhile St Albans II registered a big win over Smallford Saints on their return to the competition, while Southgate Skolars clinched a narrow win over S London II.
 
April 28: In the first game of the season, London Griffins made their debut in the competition with an excellent win over reigning champions S London II.
